Refund policy

My Order has arrived broken

We take lots of care when preparing your order, however, due to the nature of glass, we understand that sometimes it can go wrong. If you receive a product that has arrived broken, email info@1881distillery with your order number and photos so we can avoid it in the future, and we will send another bottle straight back out to you.

 

I want to return my item

Unfortunately, as our goods are perishable and contain some flammable liquids, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on our products. Unless for any reason, the products are defective or Faulty - Please get in touch with info@1881distillery.com detailing what's wrong and we will investigate for you.
