Completing our 3 Cellos series is Limecello, made with peel from bright and zesty limes. Hundreds of limes are hand peeled, then the peel is infused in alcohol. Its bold, zesty and citrusy.

Sip it neat, over ice or add to a G&T or a Mojito. Best served chilled.
Nose – a distinctive lime aroma that’s not quite as strong as lemon.
Flavour – refreshing and tart with a bitter note.
Finish – sharper with a slightly more bitter twist.
